Oral administration:
1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil, twice a day, with a little honey and syrup, or on a lozenge to relieve menstrual or menopausal pains .

On the skin:
Depression: Apply 1 drop of essential ylang ylang essential oil to the insides of the wrists, 3 times a day. Stress: 1 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil + 1 drop of organic petitgrain essential oil + 3 drops of organic macadamia oil and massage onto the arches of the feet and solar plexus.

Sensual massage:
3 drop of organic ylang ylang essential oil + 1 drop of organic sandal essential oil + 6 drops of jojoba or cocoa oil.
