How Does Winter Dry Our Skin?
Dry skin is common when the weather is too cold or during the winter months. This is because when it is cold, the humidity level drops and the air become dry. This makes the water or moisture in your skin evaporate more quickly. And when there is no moisture in your skin, it will become dry and look flaky.
Dry skin may seem like a simple problem, but when not prevented or treated, dry skin causes a lot of health problems like itchiness and irritation, rough and cracking skin, eczema, and bacterial infection.
