If your child enjoys playing football, try and take them to a concrete car park or somewhere else similar. The reason for this is because football fields are breeding grounds for allergens and they can have a serious impact on your child’s health. You may also want to take them to play basketball instead of cricket, as this is based on a tarmac court which will not be as likely to trigger your child’s allergies.
So as you can see, there are things that you can do to really help your child and you’d be surprised at how easy it is for you to give them the support that they need without having to worry every step of the way. At the end of the day, you can’t stop allergies and you can’t take them away, but you can do everything you can to try and make sure that they don’t impact your child’s life as much and you can also make sure that your child is as comfortable as possible during the summer period.
