I'm currently experiencing food allergies and now avoiding certain foods. But even with my strict "diet" sometimes I still get breakouts! This morning, my skin somehow was so inflamed, so I decided to put a mask on! This probiotic rich soothing face mask contains the following:
Lavender Oil - natural antiseptic, yet soothing and relaxing
Tea Tree Oil - natural antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-viral - attacks only the bad guys
Rosehip Seed Oil - soothes inflamed skin, repairs damage, moisturizing
Milk Kefir - naturally acidic to help the skin's pH levels, and contains the good yeasts and bacteria that can heal and protect skin - you can also use plain yogurt if not available or water kefir/kombucha if vegan
Oats - soothing and naturally relieves itching
Here's the recipe:
1 level tablespoon of organic ground oatmeal
1 level tablespoon of organic milk kefir (or plain yogurt or water kefir or kombucha)
5 drops organic Rosehip Seed Oil
2 drops organic Lavender Oil
1 drop organic Tea Tree Oil
Mix everything well. Apply on clean, damp skin. Wait 15-20 minutes then rinse well.
Follow with your favorite facial oil from House of Pure Essence.
